1) After using this bar can I continue to use moisturizers?
Yes. Would recommend a moisturizer that uses natural ingredients since your face/skin has been detoxified through regular using of the bar

2) Is there any harmful ingredients in the product?
No. All the main ingredients like the Moor and HmA are natural products while the base is a patented formulation that blends and balanced all its component ingredients.

3) Are there any after effects using the bar?
The bar does not cause any after affects on the skin. However, because moor is a very potent detoxifying substance for the skin, certain level of ‘healing crisis’ may occur. This will vary from person to person.

4) What are some of the common symptoms of ‘healing crisis’?
a) Dryness of skin – caused by active cell rejuvenation and regeneration.
b) Skin peeling – natural process of new skin forming as a result of cell regeneration.
c) Pimples or tiny surface spots – a natural process of detoxification of the skin. Condition will improve as the toxins level in the skin   
    drops or are eliminated.
d) Red or dark spots – part of the detoxification process. Red or dark spots will disappear after a while

5) How long does the healing crisis lasts?
Varies from person to person. Some people do not have it at all. It depends on the condition of the skin and the general health of the person prior using the bar.

6) During healing crisis can I use moisturizers or cream to apply on my skin?
Yes. The alternative is to give a couple of days break in between usage of the bar to slow down the detox process so that the body can cope up with the healing.

7) Can I buy the product online?

8) What happens when I leave the lather longer than 3 minutes on my face or skin?
After much testing, we discovered that 3 minutes is the optimum time for maximum result. Leaving the lather longer than 3 minutes on your face or skin does no harm and neither does it further increase its effectiveness.

9) What’s Healing Crisis?
Some people may experience a detoxifying process also called ‘healing crisis’ while using the facial bar due to the effective toxins removal capabilities of the Moor. As Jeuno works on the skin organ removing the toxins which may have accumulated over the years, some experiences of dryness, itchiness, redness, peeling or even breakouts are common. This is the ‘flushing out’ effect of Jeuno as it repairs and heals the skin organ and it is a good sign that Jeuno is working on your skin!

10) How long is the 'healing crisis'?
It varies from person to person depending on the level of accumulated toxins that are present in the skin. It may be just for a few days or a few weeks. Please do not worry when it happens because it is a perfectly normal occurrence as toxins are flushed out from the skin. The final result will be a more radiant, healthier and youthful look after the toxins are flushed out of the skin.

11) During the detox (Healing Crisis) process is there anything I can do about the symptoms?
For dryness you can apply moisturizer after each wash. Other symptoms, like breakouts, itchiness and peeling could also be due to products that you are using which are incompatible. Stop using such products and watch if the symptoms would reduce. Remember, in all detox process, toxins are flushed out of the system therefore the symptoms are not harmful but are eventually good for the skin.

12) What’s the difference in Jeuno compare to other skincare products in the market?
